What counts as an invoice?

A finalised invoice. Quotes and estimates are free and unlimited — they only count towards your monthly total once a client accepts one and you convert it into an invoice.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like and you simply drop back to the Free tier — your data stays put.

Is my data mine?

Always. Your clients, invoices and records belong to you, and you can export everything at any time.

What are the WhatsApp limits?

On Free, Palto automatically emails polite reminders on overdue invoices, and you get a WhatsApp share link to send any invoice by hand. On Pro, Palto delivers and chases invoices for you automatically over WhatsApp using approved templates.

Is Palto a replacement for QuickBooks or Xero?
